Safe Play Commitment

Responsible Gambling

Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. At 1777cb, we take our responsible gambling commitment seriously and provide Pakistani players with the tools, information and support needed to stay in control at all times.

Adults 18+ only — or the higher minimum required by the operator/licence jurisdiction. If gambling is affecting you or someone you care about, please use the tools and resources on this page.

18+

Adults Only — No Exceptions

The 1777cb platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or above — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator/licence jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory for all users before any account is activated. It is illegal to allow minors to participate in gambling activities. If you are under the required age, please do not attempt to register or use this platform.

Gambling as Entertainment

Responsible gambling at 1777cb means playing for the right reasons — for the enjoyment of a PSL T20 match, the excitement of a live cricket betting market, or the entertainment value of a casino game. It means playing with money you can comfortably afford to lose, within time limits that do not interfere with daily responsibilities, and with a clear understanding that no betting strategy guarantees a profit.

Problem gambling can affect anyone — players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi or anywhere else. It does not discriminate by income, experience level or gambling frequency. The difference between recreational play and problem gambling often comes down to whether the activity remains within boundaries the player has consciously set for themselves.

1777cb provides a range of practical tools — detailed below — to help you set and maintain those boundaries. Using these tools is a sign of responsible play, not weakness. We actively encourage all users to review their play habits regularly and to reach out for support if they notice warning signs in their own behaviour.

Our Commitment: 1777cb will never encourage a user to increase their spending beyond comfortable limits, continue playing after a loss to "recover" funds, or place bets as a financial strategy. Gambling is entertainment — outcomes are never guaranteed.

The Golden Rules of Safe Play

Only Bet What You Can Afford to Lose

Set a gambling budget in PKR that is completely separate from essential expenses — rent, groceries, bills, school fees. Never use borrowed money or funds from Easypaisa/JazzCash balances intended for household expenses.

Set Time Limits Before You Start

Decide how long you will play before you open the app or site. Stick to it. Extended play sessions increase the likelihood of impulsive decisions, especially during live cricket or PSL T20 betting markets.

Never Chase Losses

Placing larger bets to recover previous losses is one of the most common signs of problem gambling. If you are behind, log out, take a break and return only when you feel calm and in control.

Take Regular Breaks

Step away from the platform regularly — especially during long cricket test matches or extended casino sessions. Breaks help you reassess your spending and maintain perspective on wins and losses alike.

Gambling Is Not a Financial Plan

No system, strategy or betting pattern reliably beats the house over the long term. Treat every PKR staked as an entertainment cost — not an investment with an expected return.

Your Safe Play Toolkit

1777cb provides the following responsible gambling tools directly within the platform. These controls are available to all registered users and can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount in PKR. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted for that period. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a cooling-off delay to prevent impulsive increases.

Loss Limits

Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set period — daily, weekly or monthly. When your net losses reach the threshold, betting and casino play is paused until the period resets, helping you stay within your planned entertainment budget.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session duration. When your time is up, the platform will display a reminder and may prompt you to log out. This is particularly useful during extended live betting sessions — like a full day of ICC tournament play — where time can pass quickly.

Cooling-Off Period

Request a short-term break from the platform — typically 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but betting, deposits and casino play are suspended. Useful when you feel you need a short reset.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a stronger, longer-term measure. You can request exclusion for a defined period or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, your account is closed to betting, deposits and logins. We take self-exclusion requests seriously and process them without delay. See Section below for full details.

Reality Checks

Enable periodic on-screen notifications that show how long you have been playing and a summary of your session results in PKR. Reality checks help you make informed decisions about whether to continue playing, take a break or log out altogether.

Self-Exclusion Explained

Self-exclusion is the most robust responsible gambling tool available on the 1777cb platform. It is designed for users who feel they are losing control of their gambling or who simply want a longer-term break from all gambling activity. Self-exclusion is free, immediate and can be requested at any time without requiring justification.

Important: Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires. This deliberate friction is there to protect you during moments of vulnerability. Do not attempt to open a new account during an active self-exclusion — doing so is a breach of our Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent closure of any new accounts identified.

Self-exclusion periods available on 1777cb include short-term options (3 months, 6 months), medium-term (1 year) and indefinite exclusion. When an indefinite exclusion is requested, the minimum period before any reinstatement review is 5 years, and reinstatement requires a formal request with a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before processing.

During self-exclusion, 1777cb will not send you any marketing communications, promotional offers, bonus notifications or re-engagement messages. All scheduled marketing linked to your account is suppressed for the duration of your exclusion.

How to Request Self-Exclusion

1
Log In to Your 1777cb Account

Access your account using your registered credentials. Self-exclusion can only be initiated from a verified, logged-in session for account security purposes.

2
Navigate to Responsible Gambling Settings

Find the Responsible Gambling or Safe Play section within your account settings. This is where all limit-setting and exclusion tools are located.

3
Select Self-Exclusion and Choose Your Period

Select "Self-Exclusion" from the available tools. Choose your preferred exclusion period — 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or indefinite. Read the confirmation information carefully before proceeding.

4
Confirm Your Request

Confirm your self-exclusion request. Your account will be suspended immediately. You will receive a confirmation at your registered email address. No further deposits, bets or logins will be permitted during the exclusion period.

5
Contact Support If You Need Assistance

If you are unable to access your account to initiate self-exclusion, contact our support team directly via live chat or at [email protected]. Our team will process your request manually without delay.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually. Recognising the early warning signs — in yourself or someone you know — is the first step toward seeking help. If several of the following apply to you, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion or cooling-off tools, or to seek external support.

  • Spending more money on gambling than you originally planned, or regularly exceeding your PKR budget for the session.
  • Betting with money allocated for essentials — household bills, groceries, school fees, loan repayments or Easypaisa/JazzCash transfers to family.
  • Chasing losses — increasing bet sizes or session length in an attempt to win back what you have lost.
  • Feeling anxious, irritable or restless when you are not gambling, or when you try to cut down.
  • Lying to family or friends in Karachi, Lahore or elsewhere about how much time or money you spend gambling.
  • Neglecting work, study, family responsibilities or personal health because of time spent gambling.
  • Borrowing money or selling personal possessions to fund gambling activity.
  • Thinking about gambling constantly — planning the next session, reviewing past bets or calculating how to win back losses.
  • Using gambling to escape problems, stress, loneliness or negative emotions rather than as a form of entertainment.

Are You In Control?

Answer the questions below honestly. If you answer "Yes" to three or more, it may be time to use our responsible gambling tools or speak with a support organisation. This is not a clinical assessment — it is a starting point for reflection.

1
Have you ever bet more than you could afford to lose in a single session?
2
Do you find it difficult to stop gambling once you have started, even when you planned to finish earlier?
3
Have you ever borrowed money or used household funds (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfers) to continue gambling?
4
Has your gambling ever caused arguments with family or friends, or damaged an important relationship?
5
Do you gamble to escape problems, relieve stress, or cope with difficult emotions?
6
Have you tried to cut down or stop gambling but found yourself returning sooner than intended?
7
Do you spend time thinking about past gambling sessions or planning future bets when you should be focusing on other things?

If you answered "Yes" to 3 or more questions, please consider using our cooling-off, limit or self-exclusion tools — or reaching out to a responsible gambling support organisation. You are not alone, and help is available.

Support Resources

If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling-related harm, the following types of support are available. 1777cb's support team is also available 24/7 via live chat to help you activate responsible gambling tools on your account.

1777cb Support Team

Our dedicated support team is available 24/7 via the platform's live chat. You can request any responsible gambling tool — deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off, or self-exclusion — directly through support, without needing to navigate account settings yourself. Contact: [email protected]

Gamblers Anonymous

Gamblers Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other in order to solve their common problem with gambling. GA meetings and resources are available in many countries and provide peer support outside clinical settings.

Mental Health & Counselling

Gambling problems often co-exist with stress, anxiety and depression. Qualified mental health professionals and counsellors can provide structured therapeutic support. If you are in Pakistan, speaking with a certified counsellor or psychologist in your city is a meaningful step toward recovery.

Family & Community Support

Talking openly with a trusted family member, close friend or community figure about gambling concerns can be a powerful first step. In Pakistani culture, family networks and community ties are often a strong source of practical and emotional support when dealing with personal challenges.

Third-Party Blocking Tools

Software tools such as GamBan, Betblocker and similar applications can block access to gambling websites across all devices — phone, tablet and desktop. These tools work independently of any single operator and provide a strong additional layer of protection for users who want to restrict access to gambling sites entirely.

Educational Resources

Understanding the mathematics of gambling — house edges, return-to-player rates, random number generation — can help players develop a more realistic view of gambling outcomes. 1777cb encourages all users to seek out educational material on responsible gambling and the statistical nature of games of chance and sports betting markets.
